Rules forthe website.

These terms govern your visit to epafi.app: the marketing pages, the legal documents, the contact form, and anything else you can reach without signing in. They apply to everyone who loads the site, customer or not.

They do not govern the Epafi product. The moment you create an account, the Terms of Service take over for everything you do inside the application and through the API. Where the two documents overlap, the Terms of Service win for product matters and these terms win for site matters.

You may read, link to, quote, and share anything published here. You may reference our documentation and legal pages in your own procurement, security review, or DPA. No permission request is necessary for any of that.

Please do not:

• +Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or any account that is not yours.
• +Scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other visitors. Reasonable crawling is fine; see /robots.txt.
• +Republish our content as if it were yours, or use our name and marks to imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
• +Upload, transmit, or link malware, or use the contact form to send bulk unsolicited mail.

Security research is welcome and explicitly not a violation of these terms when carried out under our disclosure policy — see Security and /.well-known/security.txt.

The site’s text, design, typography, illustrations, and code are ours or licensed to us. The Epafi name and mark are ours. Brand assets released for press and partner use come with their own permissions, published on the brand page.

Fair use, quotation, commentary, criticism, and comparison do not require our permission and we will not chase them. Passing our work off as your own does.

Epafi is a pre-launch service. Pages on this site describe the product as it is built and configured today. Pricing, limits, sub-processors, and feature descriptions can change, and pages that describe an arrangement not yet contractually executed say so in plain words on the page itself.

Nothing on the marketing site is a warranty, a service commitment, or an offer capable of acceptance. Binding commitments live in the Terms of Service, the DPA, and any order form signed with you.

We link outward to documentation, providers, and regulators. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices, or their availability. A link is a pointer, not an endorsement, and following one takes you outside these terms.

The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it or from any interruption to it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer, which these terms do not affect.
