Epafi provides contact data infrastructure: multi-source import, algorithmic duplicate detection and merging — fuzzy, phonetic, and rule-based scoring, with no machine-learning model in the path — data enrichment, company relationship mapping, and the related APIs and web interfaces (together, the "Service").

These terms form the contract between you (or the organization you represent) and Entro314 Labs ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε. (Entro314 Labs Single Member P.C.), G.E.MI. 193782603000, which operates Epafi — full details on the Legal Notice. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

• +You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials confidential.
• +You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including API key usage.
• +The current service uses individually owned accounts; you must not share account credentials.
• +You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• +We may suspend accounts that create security risk or violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

The Service is for managing contact data you are entitled to hold. You may not:

• +Import data obtained unlawfully, scraped in violation of source terms, or consisting primarily of consumer data without a lawful basis.
• +Use the Service to build a competing data-broker product or to resell enriched records.
• +Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written permission (see our Security page for responsible disclosure).
• +Interfere with other customers, exceed rate limits through abuse, or attempt to bypass plan limits.
• +Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications.

Plan limits for stored records, imports, enrichment, and API usage are documented in the product and enforced by the API. Requests that exceed a limit are rejected.

• +Burst behavior is fine. Sustained abuse of shared infrastructure is not.
• +Enrichment credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
• +API keys also have configurable minute, hour, and day limits.

• +Paid plans use Polar for checkout, subscriptions, and customer billing.
• +Trials convert to paid only if you add a payment method — no silent conversions.
• +You can cancel any time; service continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds except where required by law.
• +Prices may change with 30 days’ notice; changes never apply to a period already paid.
• +Paid entitlements require an active or trialing subscription status; past-due status does not retain Epafi+ enrichment access.

We warrant that the Service will materially conform to its current documentation. Otherwise the Service is provided "as is": matching and enrichment are probabilistic, and you remain responsible for reviewing merges before acting on them downstream.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and Epafi’s aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can leave whenever you want: export your contacts and close the account. We can terminate for material breach with 30 days’ notice and a chance to cure, or immediately for abuse that endangers other customers. On termination, data handling follows the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
