Procurement,without theatre.
Most of what an enterprise buyer asks for is already published: the DPA, the sub-processor list, the security posture, the exit terms. Read them before you write to us — then the call is about your data, not about paperwork.
Unlimited limits
Contacts, companies, imports, enrichment credits, and API calls are configured as unlimited on the Enterprise tier.
Annual terms & invoicing
Annual billing and purchase-order invoicing, rather than the monthly card charge every other plan uses.
Countersigned DPA
The published Article 28 terms, executed against your legal entity. Same words, your paper.
Security review, answered in writing
Send the questionnaire. We answer it, including the rows we fail, without requiring a call first.
Sub-processor notice to your DPO
Thirty days’ notice of any new sub-processor, sent to the addresses you nominate, not only to account admins.
Migration help
Field mapping, one-off export shapes, and import shaping while you move in — at no charge.
The list you wouldfind out anyway.
Four weeks into a procurement cycle is a bad time to discover a gap. Here they are on the first page instead.
SAML SSO & SCIM
Authentication runs through Clerk. Workspace-level SSO and directory sync are not part of the current product.
Shared workspaces & roles
Records are scoped to the owning account. Multi-seat workspaces with member roles are not built yet.
A contractual SLA
The production incident runbook and named responders are established before launch, so we will not sign an uptime figure we cannot yet operate to.
SOC 2 or ISO 27001
No audit has been commissioned. If your procurement requires a certification as a gate, we are not the right vendor today.
