Who you aredealing with.

Epafi is a service of Entro314 Labs. This is the party you contract with, the party responsible for the content of epafi.app, and the controller named in the Privacy Policy for account data.

Article 5 requires a means of contacting us "rapidly, directly and effectively" — a contact form alone does not satisfy it. These addresses reach a person, not a queue:

• +General and legal — legal@epafi.app
• +Privacy and data protection — privacy@epafi.app
• +Security and vulnerability disclosure — security@epafi.app
• +Support — support@epafi.app
• +Sales — sales@epafi.app

Formal notices may be served by post to the registered address above. The contact form at /contact composes mail to these same addresses; it is a convenience, not a substitute.

Entro314 Labs provides software as a service. It is not a regulated profession and holds no trade licence requiring disclosure under Article 5(1)(f). If that changes, the authorising body and registration number appear here.

For data protection matters, the competent supervisory authority is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα), Kifisias 1-3, 115 23 Athens. You may lodge a complaint with them directly, though we would rather you write to privacy@epafi.app first so we can fix the problem.

The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025. We do not link to it, and any reference to it elsewhere on this site would be an error worth reporting.

We are not obliged to participate in, and do not currently participate in, dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Disputes are handled under the governing law and venue set out in the Terms of Service.
