This statement says what works, what does not, and what we have not tested. It does not claim a conformance level we have not earned or an audit we have not had.
Epafi is committed to making the marketing site at epafi.app and the Epafi application usable by everyone, including people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, magnify the interface, or rely on reduced motion. The target standard is EN 301 549, which incorporates WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

This statement covers two surfaces, assessed separately:

"Partially conformant" means most of the standard is met but some content does not fully conform. We do not claim full conformance, because no independent audit has been carried out yet. Claiming an audit we have not had would be the least accessible thing on this page.

We claim no disproportionate-burden exclusion. Nothing in the product is exempted from this statement on cost grounds. Where something does not conform, it is listed above as a gap to close, not as an exclusion to defend.
The European Accessibility Act has applied since 28 June 2025. Microenterprises providing services — fewer than ten staff and an annual turnover or balance sheet total not exceeding €2 million — are exempt from its service requirements. Epafi is currently below that threshold, and the Greek transposition governs how the exemption is applied in practice.
We publish this statement regardless. The exemption changes who can compel us; it does not change whether a person can use the product. When Epafi grows past the threshold, this page is replaced by one backed by an independent audit.
If something on epafi.app or in the application blocks you, write to accessibility@epafi.app and describe what you were trying to do, the page, and the assistive technology you use. We acknowledge within two business days and give you a real answer — a fix, a workaround, or a date — within ten.
Email is the accessible support channel required by the statement: no form, no phone tree, no chat widget in the way. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Greek market surveillance authority designated under the national transposition of the European Accessibility Act.
