Cancel whenever.Two clicks.

You signed up online, so you cancel online. No phone call, no retention specialist, no "reason for leaving" gauntlet, no chat window that has to be argued with.

• +Sign in and open Settings → Billing.
• +Click "Manage subscription" — it opens the billing portal.
• +Cancel there. It is recorded straight away — Settings → Billing then shows "cancels at period end", and you keep paid access until that date.

If you cannot reach the portal for any reason, email support@epafi.app from the address on the account and say you want to cancel. That is a valid cancellation on the day we receive it, and we will not answer it with an offer instead of an action.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the plan’s listed price, charged to the payment method on file, until you cancel. This is disclosed here, on the pricing page, and at checkout before you enter payment details — not afterwards.

Prices exclude VAT and are charged by Entro314 Labs Single Member P.C., registered for Greek VAT. The cross-border EU registrations — One Stop Shop for consumers, VIES for the business reverse charge — are completed before we charge customers outside Greece; checkout states the treatment that applies to you before you pay. Every invoice, with its VAT breakdown, is downloadable from the billing portal.

The Professional plan includes a 30-day trial. When the trial ends the subscription converts to the paid plan and the first charge is taken — unless you cancel first, in which case the account drops to the Free plan and nothing is charged.

You are not asked to wait until the last day to cancel, and the trial never extends into a paid term without the conversion date being visible in Settings → Billing the whole time.

Cancelling ends the subscription. It does not close your account and it does not delete anything.

• +You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
• +After that the account returns to the Free plan and its limits, and stays open indefinitely.
• +Contact records above the Free limit are not deleted. They become read-only for creation purposes — you can still view, search, and export every one of them.
• +Export in CSV, JSON, or vCard remains available, at no charge, with no cap on how many times you run it.

Deleting the account is a separate, deliberate action in Settings. It deactivates the account immediately and schedules erasure after a 30-day recovery period, so export before you delete — see Data portability & exit.

Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not automatically refund the current period. That said, if you cancelled because something did not work, tell us at support@epafi.app and we will refund the period rather than argue about it.

• +Charged after cancelling, or charged twice — refunded in full, always.
• +A sub-processor change you objected to under the DPA — pro-rata refund for the unused term.
• +Consumers in the EU/EEA keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on distance contracts, subject to the usual conditions for digital services.

Refunds return to the original payment method through Polar and typically settle within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
