Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no payment method and does not expire. The Professional trial runs 30 days; you enter a card at checkout and can cancel before it converts.
How is VAT handled?
Prices exclude VAT. Epafi is sold by Entro314 Labs Single Member P.C., registered for Greek VAT, so Greek VAT is added at checkout. The registrations that govern cross-border EU sales — the One Stop Shop for consumers and VIES for the business-to-business reverse charge — are completed before we charge customers outside Greece, and checkout tells you which treatment applies before you pay. Invoices, with the VAT breakdown, are downloadable from Settings → Billing at any time.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Creation stops; nothing is deleted and nothing is hidden. You keep full read, search, and export access to everything already in the account. Upgrade and creation resumes immediately.
What happens if I downgrade or cancel?
You keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to the Free plan and stays open. Records above the Free limit are not deleted — see auto-renewal & cancellation.
Is there a fee to export or leave?
No, and there never will be. The Data Act allows reduced switching charges until January 2027 and we charge nothing today — the exit page states the position in writing.
Do enrichment credits roll over?
No. Credits reset at the start of each billing period. Enrichment is optional: leave it unused and no identifier ever reaches an enrichment provider.
Can I pay annually?
Not yet. Every plan is billed monthly today. Annual terms are available on Enterprise — write to sales@epafi.app.
What counts as an API call?
One authenticated REST request, counted across every key on the account. Webhooks we send you do not count, and neither does anything the web application does on your behalf.
